Eric Garay, Founder of Garay Games Financial, is a collaborative business leader with nearly 30 years of progressive experience, including 20 years in the video game industry. He has held CFO and other senior level finance positions at gaming companies large & small and has worked with some of the most cherished gaming & entertainment brands in the world.

As a lifetime gamer dating back to the Atari 2600 and Apple IIc, Eric is passionate about the benefits of games and their ability to bring fun and joy into people’s lives. He combines a player-first approach with strong financial acumen to provide valuable commercial insight into a broad spectrum of gaming platforms and business models.

After decades of scaling processes and teams across complex multi-national businesses, Eric now provides financial solutions to gaming companies of all sizes through Garay Games Financial, helping his clients execute their financial strategies and realize their potential growth.

Eric graduated with honors from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and is a registered CPA (Inactive). Before following his passion into games, he began his career as a consultant with the Strategy Finance & Economics group at Arthur Andersen and was part of the early dotcom revolution at Business.com.
